At the beginning of December, the grade 2 and 3 students in Mrs. Younger’s and Ms. Heinrich’s classes headed to the Surrey Nature Centre in conclusion to the study on ecosystems. The students worked in groups of two and had to create an ecosystem for an animal based on some information provided to them from the instructors. They loved being outdoors and playing in the forest.
